Software house.

Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil

Concept

Maltado: cold milk, chocolate and malt. A Recife thing.

Strong brands deserve software to match.

Good software doesn’t call attention to itself. The brand does: in the screen that opens fast, in the error message that explains what happened. We design and build digital products that way, and we stay close after they go live.

Made in Recife.

The cobogó was born in Recife in the 1920s. Its name joins the first syllables of its creators’ surnames: Coimbra, Boeckmann and Góis. The idea was to shelter without closing off, letting light and air pass through the wall.

We like to think of software the same way, as structure that lets a brand come through. Our cobogó is drawn from the wave in the Maltado symbol, and its shadow follows the Recife sun, minute by minute.
